Deep, versatile knowledge
18 online 90-minute workshops covering the core competencies, the process of coaching, and advanced skills, plus attracting clients, choosing a niche, and coaching ethics and law.
Extensive supervised practice
15 weekly 75-minute Coaching Practicum sessions, guided by a certified professional Mentor Coach.
Real client experience
40 hours of coaching with at least 4 real clients, supervised throughout. Most candidates complete this within 6 months.
A Mentor Coach at every step
Every practicum group has a dedicated Mentor Coach who also schedules 6 individual check-up sessions with each candidate.
Evaluated competence
Progress is evaluated across workshops, practicums, and check-ups, capped by a final written exam and interview.
Practice-building help
Three workshops focus on attracting clients, positioning and marketing your practice, and assessing your strengths.
