Tim serves as the President of Culture Impact, Inc. with the mission of making the world a better place by making better leaders in the workplace. He received his professional coaching certification in 2010, and started his private coaching practice, Terra Nova Life Coaching where he has coached Executive Leaders in transition for 12 years. He co-founded Empowerment Coaching Network, Intl., in 2010, where leaders come to receive their professional coaching certification. He co-founded Real Retention, Inc., in 2016, where managers learn how to use a coach approach through their premiere corporate program, Conversational Management. He also serves on the Advisory Board for Coaching and Mentoring at HR.com., and is an Ambassador for the Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce. Tim lives with his wife, Diane, in sunny (sometimes) Grand Rapids, Michigan, and enjoys spoiling his 8 grandchildren whenever given the chance.
As an Instructional Design and Training Consultant for over 25 years, Mike has developed and delivered training to a wide range of organizations including manufacturing, financial services, retail, direct marketing, education, social services, medical, and government. Mike also spent 6 years teaching management, organizational behavior, organizational leadership, marketing, and career planning. Mike has a BS in Business and a Masters in Management. He is also a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute.
TRAINER AND MENTOR COACH
Kim is a nationally recognized, board-certified executive and leadership coach, career coach, corporate trainer, and president of Blue Bridge Leadership. She partners with leaders, teams, and organizations to increase performance, effectiveness, engagement, satisfaction, and retention of top talent.Considered the “coach’s coach,” she has trained over 2000 leaders how to coach others. Aside from coaching and training, she has authored over 80 articles on career and leadership, and brings with her a background as a former teacher, marketing director, and business development director.
Karen has spent time in both the corporate world as a public relations executive in Silicon Valley, CA, and in the educational arena teaching. She has a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction, certification as an Infinite Possibilities Trainer, and a coaching training facilitator.
Cathie has held a wide variety of leadership positions and started Agon Leadership in 2011 offering training and workshops that equip leaders with specific techniques and strategies to build strong, collaborative teams and help them experience the joys of effective leadership practices.
Dan began his career as a high school math teacher. Dan lived in Central Asia where he worked in the Ministry for 12 years. Dan has been working as a certified professional empowerment coach since 2019 and specializes in productivity, business and life coaching.
Robert is a former Marine with a law degree from the University of Illinois College of Law, and is CEO at The Legacy Leadership Consulting Group. With 20 years of experience, Robert teaches executives and business owners how to successfully apply the right strategies in the right order that allows them to grow their business to its maximum capacity.
Dave, a retired Fire Captain, served in the El Paso Fire Department for 21 years. Dave is a Certified Crisis Response Facilitator and received training from some of the most prestigious fire, rescue and homeland security training centers. Dave is a dynamic keynote speaker which is highlighted by his certifications from Brian Tracy, Dale Carnegie, John Maxwell, and Mission Centered Solutions. Dave created Fire Power 40, Inc., a scenario-based leadership development organization, which focuses on maximizing individual potential and team results.
Mark is the CEO and owner of Exemplary Coaching which provides Business Coaching for Executives, Leaders, and Hi-Potentials helping achieve greater clarity, focus and results. As a former Pastor and Head of staff, Mark provided primary support and was responsible for overseeing growth and training and development of potential leaders into leadership positions.
Barb has been in the coaching world since 2004. She is a is a graduate of the Leadership Training Program and a Certified Coach from the Coaches Training Institute. Barb was also the Program Administrator for the Coaching Certifiction Program for CTI.
